 Work and personal life balancing benefits:

  • Full time employees earn 10 days of vacation for the first three years of employment. Beginning year four, each earns 15 days of vacation and beginning year eight each earns 20 days.
  • Full time employees earn 6 days of sick leave and 10 holidays a year.

Retirement Savings Plan:

  • Through Brace’s 401(k) Savings Plan, employees can contribute up to the amount permitted by the tax laws on a pre-tax basis.  For eligible employees, Brace will provide a matching contribution of 50% up to 4% of employees’ annual salary.

 Healthcare Benefits:

  • Brace pays 100% of premiums for its employees. Our medical, prescription and vision plan is covered through UnitedHealthcare.
