Accenture Federal Services (AFS) is a wholly owned subsidiary of Accenture LLP. Efforts are enabling the Navy to establish sustainable business processes that comply with FIAR requirements and help the Navy optimize business processes of financial operations. Canterbury Resources, Inc. (Canterbury)  is Virginia-based, woman-owned small business providing financial management, technical advisory and consulting services. Canterbury also assists clients in validating business and financial practices, processes, controls and internal systems to ensure they effectively meet or exceed statutory and regulatory requirements. Core competencies are in the areas of financial management; audit readiness, remediation and liaison support; process and operations; risk and compliance management; and program management. Canterbury has the ability to leverage internally developed technology (knowledge sharing/authoring tools/virtual collaboration) to perform tasks with greater quality and demonstrate an overall increased efficiency in delivery while reducing overall cost for its clients.       Past Performance: Its principal and founder has extensive Navy Financial Improvement Audit Readiness (FIAR) experience and is leading the firm’s design of implementing a pilot, single source financial improvement and audit remediation/sustainment content management database along with supporting eLearning material. International Business Machines Corporation, Global Business Services-Federal (IBM GBS).  IBM is a “Gartner” top quadrant and information technology (IT) services’ company with extensive experience and capabilities directly and highly relevant to Department of Defense (DoD) IT, Financial Management (FM), Business Process Re-engineering (BPR) and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) solutions among others. Life Cycle Engineering (LCE)   provides full-service, multi-disciplined engineering services to clients throughout the United States.
